The man then got back to his feet and fought back.

A swarm of boys then joined in and began punching, kicking and pushing the man who again fell to the ground.

The man was then seen running after a boy on a bike holding what appears to be a taser.

Dozens of students watched on and filmed the incident, which was later shared to social media before being taken down.

School staff are now working with police, the students and their families to find out what caused the fight.

A 17-year-old boy suffered lacerations to his knee and shoulder in the altercation, which is now under police investigation.

It is not yet known what caused the fight, and Daily Mail Australia has contacted the nearby school for comment.
