Kyle Richards has admitted she had liposuction around her midsection last year in a bid to banish her mommy muffin top.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who has four children, says she was 'self-conscious' about her tummy before getting the cosmetic procedure done. (She denied reports of 'full-body' lipo.)
'After having four kids, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn't go away,' the 44-year-old explains in the upcoming Bravo special, Secrets Revealed.
'I wanted to wear jeans and a tucked in shirt and not feel self-conscious,' she continued.
'I'm very happy with the results.'
Kyle has also admitted that she quietly had a nose-job seven years ago.
'My nose bothered me for a long time,' she told the new issue of America's Us Weekly.
'The surgery made me feel better.'
Her sister Kim had rhinoplasty last year and the procedure was captured on camera for the show.
Meanwhile, Kyle has this week been hit by tabloid claims her husband Mauricio Umansky is unfaithful to her.
Star magazine claimed on Wednesday that Mauricio, 42, is one of the biggest flirts in Hollywood, alleging he once even admitted to 'straying sometimes'.
The publication claims he tried to pick up escort Cristina Schultz at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel bar four years ago.
But Umansky's spokesperson fought back: '[Mauricio is] networking and being friendly and pleasant, and this is construed as flirting. He is a good looking guy.'
Kyle, who is reality star Paris Hilton's aunt, has been married for 17 years after tying the knot while she was five months pregnant.
