Abbey Crouch was suffering from toothache on Friday, and while
some people opt for a homemade pain relief, the model chose to take her
mind off her teeth by treating herself to a manicure.
She showed off her red nails after a visit to a beauty bar in Wilmslow on Friday.
In a padded jacket with a chunky collar, Abbey, 27, protected her mouth and neck from the April chill.
Warm water and table salt is a common remedy for pain of the tooth variety, but a red nail polish obviously does the trick for Abbey.
And for the visit, the mother-of-one dressed all in black, looking like she was ready for a gym session.
But it wasn't the indoor lure of a treadmill that had Abbey kitted out in work out gear, rather the outdoor pursuit of horse-riding.
The Liverpudlian had enjoyed some equestrian action earlier on in the day, also taking to Twitter to share her enjoyment:
'So excited to go riding today such a gorgeous sunny day !'
Clearly a barrel of laughs, the model watched the episode on Friday night, reminiscing over the funny antics that took place:
'I literally can't stop laughing @chattyman remind me never to drink champagne on tv again.'
