She has spent the majority her time whilst in Brazil wearing in an array of summery kaftans.
But on Friday night for a black tie event in the South American country, pregnant Black Eyed Peas front woman Fergie went for a more androgynous look.
The 38-year-old singer covered up her baby bump in a slimming black tuxedo for The Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) event in Sao Paulo.

Underneath the conservative attire she wore a crisp white shirt which she unbuttoned to show off a hint of her bra.
The mother-to-be accessoried the look with her usual hint of rock chic, including a heavily embellished black clutch and a pair of black and gold cuff links.
Wearing her blonde locks out in a beachy wave, she also sported a glowing and bronzed complexion.

Fergie was joined by a slew of A-listers on the red-carpet, including Sharon Stone, who is known as an avid supporter of amFAR.
The 55-year-old actress dazzled in a plunging red gown, but somewhat spoiled the look with a heavy handed application of make-up.
The Basic Instinct star had applied a coppery brown eyeshadow to her lids which was too much teamed with the plum lipstick slicked across her lips.

It appeared as though she was desperately trying to match her beauty products to the giant jewels that she was wearing, including an impressive glittering collar-style necklace around her neck and chandelier earrings in her ears.

Also going for a low-cut neckline was Kate Moss, who slipped her very slim figure into a bohemian black long sleeve dress trimmed with tiny diamantes.

The 39-year-old appeared as though she had been benefitting from the warm weather, also sporting a golden hue and beach-worthy curls.
Meanwhile, looking as though she stepped straight out of the Forties era was burlesque queen Dita Von Teese, who was perfectly put together in a dove grey gown featuring embellished detailing on the sleeves.

The attire was cinched in at the waist with a burgundy belt to highlight her tiny middle, and she expertly matched her lipstick shade with lashings of the same colour on her pout.
Fergie has been spending several days in Brazil in the lead up to the amFAR event on Friday night. 
On Wednesday, the star was seen in a multicoloured, tribal print tunic as she enjoyed a day at Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro.

The sheer cover-up incorporated bright shades of yellow, turquoise, and red, contrasting with the neutral sand.
Billowing from the bust-line down and flowing at the sleeves, the loose-fitted frock concealed her baby bump, as large round sunglasses shielded her eyes from the sun.
More noticeable was her ample cleavage that seems to have grown from pregnancy, revealed as her fringed cover-up plunged in front, giving way to her low-cut black bikini.
The Black Eyed Peas singer was seen strolling on the sea shore, carrying her chic red and gold sandals in her hand.

Fergie appeared carefree, letting her blonde locks flow down in loose waves and smiling throughout her outdoor adventure.

After her walk along the water, the wife of Josh Duhamel was seen greeting fans from her hotel balcony in Rio de Janeiro.

Showing them love, she happily flashed them a 'thumbs up' symbol, but that wasn't all.

And apparently fresh fruit is in high demand, as she was also spotted dropping a bunch of red grapes towards her supporters.

She's certainly grown quite fond of Brazil and its inhabitants, even letting a fan touch her baby bump the day before.

The love was certainly reciprocated, as Fergie was mobbed by fans who presented her with gifts when she departed Rio for Sao Paulo.
