Amanda Bynes cut a sad and lonely figure as she wandered around New York on her birthday.
The Easy A star, who turned 27 on Wednesday, was pictured walking aimlessly around the city by herself in a disheveled state.
Her newly tinted pink hair was mattered and hidden underneath a fur-trimmed hooded jacket and she covered her eyes behind dark sunglasses.

She was wearing almost the same outfit that she wore two days ago ago - tracksuit pants, sandals and a cotton top.
This time, she had removed her white socks to reveal her unkempt feet which looked in need of a pedicure.
Her signature cheek piercings (microdermal implants),  favourite sunglasses and rings were all on show along with her familiar pout and distinctive eyebrows.

'Somebody keeps posing as me! Check my photos on twitter for up to date pictures!' she added.

Amanda had fans baffled this week after claiming the first pictures of her with rose-coloured hair were actually of an imposter. 
In a strange tweet posted on Tuesday night, she wrote: 'Fake or real microdermals same glasses! I don't own those clothes and I'm a blonde! Haha!'
Afterwards, the starlet posted pictures to try prove she is a blonde once and for all.
But by Wednesday morning, the Twitter rant had been deleted, replaced with 'Rawr' and a new image showing only half of her face, not revealing her hair.

Amanda has posted a string of strange Twitter messages in recent weeks, including a rang about an unnamed ex and crude message saying she wanted rapper Drake to 'murder her vagina'.

The actress was once a bright young star of Nickelodeon but her recent antics have her loved ones deeply concerned.
Amanda's worried family are said to be trying to get her to leave New York and move closer to them in Los Angeles.
But the disturbed star is reportedly refusing to move back to the West Coast to allow them to keep a closer eye on her.

She was recently forced to move out of her New York apartment after being threatened with eviction.
She has also had a series of legal troubles in the past few months too.
In December, she settled two hit-and-run cases after reaching a civil compromise with her victims, saving herself from a potential 12 months in jail.
She wasalso  involved in two bizarre episodes in September 2011.
They included locking herself in a store changing room for nearly two hours, refusing to come out, and stripping off during a gym class.
Friends say her parents don't know what to do as Amanda has cut contact with everyone.
