Her face is incredibly taut after her recent plastic surgery
makeover, but Vicki Gunvalson's wrinkles - or what's left of them - got
another blast while in New York on Wednesday.
The 51-year-old star of Real Housewives of Orange County found herself caught up in a wind tunnel as she left the Trump SoHo hotel with a group of friends.
She appeared taken
aback as her hair and clothes were lifted by the pesky gust and
attempted to shield her face following her delicate surgery.

Vicki was dressed to impress for her outing in the Big Apple in a tailored black blazer paired with tight-fitting red trousers.
Adding height to her curvy frame were a chic pair of black ankle strap high heels with peep toes.
She had a large black designer handbag looped over one arm, and her other hand was braced firmly on her friend's arm for leverage as she stepped down from a curb.
However she seemed in no mood for walking and looked like she needed a taxi in a hurry.
Vicki returned to TV screens earlier this week in the season eight premiere of Bravo's hit franchise.

She confessed on Monday's episode the she got a plastic surgery makeover from the same surgeon who has worked on Alexis Bellino.
'I'm all about renovating everything right now, whether it's my body or my home,' Vicki said. 'And I decided, what can I do to build my self-esteem?
'I did some cartilage reconstruction on my nose. I had some fat injected in the upper part of my cheeks so I don't have any more wrinkles. And I did a little chin implant.'

Vicki,
who is also celebrating the birth of her first grandson by daughter
Briana and son-in-law Ryan, went on the explain that she got the surgery because she was tired of being compared to Miss Piggy by Gretchen Rossi's boyfriend Slade Smiley.
'I was ridiculed that I look like a certain character,' she said. 'And it does hurt me. It did offend me.'
'My face is still really numb. I feel like one of those Muppets where half of [the head] moved and half of it didn't,' she added.
