She made headlines earlier this year after she was accused of being a ‘heffer’ by Katie Price.
But it seems that, while Kelly Brook certainly doesn’t look likes she’s put on weight, it wouldn’t be an issue for her even if she had.
In an interview with Easy Living the model has lifted the lid on her body secrets and revealed that her background in ballet is what helps her maintain her incredible shape.

She
said: ‘Because I was a dancer for years - I did 10 years of ballet
every single day - I'm quite strong and toned underneath, so even if I
do put a bit of weight on, it doesn't take long to get it back. All that
muscle memory and posture goes a long way.’
And
if she does ever feel like she needs a pick-me-up, she shared: ‘A
vitamin B12 shot in the bum does the job! They make you feel amazing -
you go from a little bit groggy to 'ding!' It's probably not that
sensible though…’
In the stunning shoot, by one of Kelly’s favourite photographers Ruven Afanador, she wears a beautiful collection of dresses in range of floral backgrounds, including hydrangeas from East London florist Rebel Rebel.

the cover the Celebrity Juice panellist shows off her natural beauty in
a one-shouldered Gucci white dress, which the star admitted was her
favourite from the shoot due to its feminine frills.

The
33-year-old, who proves in the pictures that she really doesn’t need
much make up, admitted that she is low maintenance when it comes to her
beauty regime but if she does want a treat she’ll spend the afternoon at
the Four Seasons.
Talking about her style she revealed that she switches things up a lot and currently she said she’s into the French exchange student look.
But despite mixing her look up a lot, it’s always the classic 50s shape she says she returns to time and time again.
While Kelly has recently reunited with her old flame Danny Cipriani, she admits that at the end of the day it is still her mother she turns to when she needs advice.
She shared: ‘When it's a serious thing, it will always be my mum. No matter how similar we are, and how much we bicker and fight, when it comes down to it, my mum is always next to me.
‘But my problems are not real-life problems. I live in a bit of a bubble. It's not like I'd call up my cousin and say, 'Oh God, today they only had blueberries on set…'’
