Er, your fly is undone! Robert Downey Jr. greets fans with his zip down

From the novelty sized cake to a giant samurai sword to cut it with and thousands of screaming fans, almost everything seemed in place at the South Korean premiere of Iron Man 3 and Robert Downey Jr.'s birthday celebration - except his fly.
The star narrowly missed exposing himself on Thursday night after he forgot to pull up the zipper of his trousers.

The birthday boy went for a black tuxedo with a modern twist that featured no bow tie but a white shirt with a black collar giving the illusion he was wearing one.
The Iron Man star teamed the unusual shirt with a black suit jacket with a satin lapel, and non-zippered suit pants with satin panels down the side.
Giving his look an over the top feel - just as his eccentric millionaire character Tony Stark would do - Robert added some serious pumped up kicks.
Even though he clearly put a lot of thought into his look, somehow the Avengers star forgot to zip his fly.
But the wardrobe malfunction hardly marred his birthday celebrations.

Speaking to reporters at the event, Robert said he could have never imagined the story about a selfish millionaire turned bionic hero could have become so popular with fans.
The film's star told reporters: 'Five years ago, I had really no idea whether it was going to be embraced by the public or not.'
'I find myself looking at this poster and still sometimes wondering how this would happen. So my relationship over the years has become one of, a kind of increasing humility and a lot of gratitude.'
