She was sporting a full head of bright pink hair when she turned 27 on Wednesday.
But Amanda Bynes has already gone swiftly back to her signature platinum blonde hair colour.
The actress was spotted in New York on Friday sporting the flaxen tresses.

The troubled star was also toting what appeared to be some hair extension products in her giant gold Louis Vuitton handbag.
She was heading back from a salon where she seemingly had the red rinse removed and even more extensions added to her already long hair.
Amanda tweeted a picture of herself sitting down in the hairstylists chair, pouting for the camera as her tresses were tended to.

She captioned the snap: 'Hair extension time'.
Amanda had fans baffled this week after claiming the first pictures of her with rose-coloured hair were actually of an imposter.
In a strange tweet posted on Tuesday night, she wrote: 'Fake or real microdermals same glasses! I don't own those clothes and I'm a blonde! Haha!'
Afterwards, the starlet posted pictures to try prove she was a blonde once and for all.

But by Wednesday morning, the Twitter rant had been deleted, replaced with 'Rawr' and a new image showing only half of her face, not revealing her hair.
Amanda looked relatively put together for Friday's outing - her appearance a far cry different from her recently dishevelled look.
The former child star wore a pair of black leggings paired with a floral jacket, as well as a oversized green T-shirt and a pair of white stilettos which were heavily spiked.

Her outing comes after claims emerged that Amanda is apparently rejecting help from family amid worrying reports about her increasingly bizarre antics.
The actress' recent behaviour has been described as 'tragic' by a woman claiming to be a relative in an interview published by InTouch magazine.
A day after she stepped out on her 27th birthday, alone and looking disheveled, the woman told the tabloid: 'She's completely resisting any help that her family wants to give her.'

InTouch apparently contacted her parents' home on March 28 when the interview was conducted.
Friends have allegedly said her parents don't know what to do as Amanda has cut contact with everyone since she moved from Los Angeles to New York following some legal trouble and to pursue her dreams of becoming a fashion designer.
She has reportedly settled two hit-and-run cases after reaching a civil compromise with her victims, saving herself from a potential 12 months in jail.
Still the move to New York didn't get her out of hot water.
TMZ reported earlier this year Amanda was evicted from her apartment for being a 'building nuisance', as neighbours apparently complained about smelling marijuana smoke from her abode.

She was pictured earlier this week on Wednesday walking aimlessly around the city by herself in a disheveled state.

She was wearing almost the same outfit that she wore two days prior - tracksuit pants, sandals and a cotton top.
Her trip to the salon on Friday came after it was also suggested that Amanda's credit card was declined at a New York City hair salon last month.
Manager of The New York Blow Dry Bar told HollywoodLife.com that Amanda came for a pampering session on March 28, spent 15 minutes in the bathroom, refused to take off her sunglasses while her hair was washed and then 'ran out on her bill'.
'She had bad extensions and we were working around her sunglasses and extensions. We gave her a great blowout,' the manager said.
'We ran her credit card twice and it was declined. She was also trying to buy some hairspray too. Then she bolted on us, and took the hairspray with her!'
Apparently that didn't stop Amanda from returning two days later, although the manager, who was not identified, said the salon was too booked at the time to squeeze her in.

This week she has continued with more selfies of her eyes and puckered lips.
